Zamknięty w szpitalu psychiatrycznym Léo Milan (Dany Boon) bezskutecznie próbuje przekonać lekarzy, że jest tajnym agentem o pseudonimie Lew. Zajmujący się jego terapią doktor Romain (Philippe Katerine) podchodzi do tych rewelacji z dystansem. Cierpiący na mitomanię pacjenci, którym wydaje się, że są kimś innym, to w końcu jego codzienność. Kiedy jednak narzeczona psychiatry zostaje w dramatycznych okolicznościach uprowadzona, nie ma wyjścia. Musi zaufać swemu podopiecznemu i wraz z nim rusza tropem tajemniczych porywaczy.
